These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 6plus1skin.com website ("Website") and all related products and services (collectively, "Services") operated by G Prestiges Resources Pte Ltd (doing business as "6Plus1Skin," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 6plus1skin.com website ("Website") and all related products and services (collectively, "Services") operated by G Prestiges Resources Pte Ltd (doing business as "6Plus1Skin," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore.

By accessing or using the Website and Services, you ("User," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Website or Services.

This Agreement is a legally binding electronic contract between you and 6Plus1Skin. It governs your use of the Website and Services and supersedes all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.

You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to use the Website and Services. By using the Website, you warrant and represent that you are at least 16 years old. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Website and Services and that they have read and agreed to this Agreement on your behalf.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If we discover that a User is under 16 years of age, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated personal data in compliance with applicable child-protection laws, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

We may, at our sole discretion, monitor and review new accounts before granting access to Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Product information

6Plus1Skin products are Singapore-formulated and Malaysia-manufactured skincare products. All product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage instructions provided on the Website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

Results may vary

IMPORTANT: Individual results may vary.

Skincare results depend on individual skin types, conditions, environmental factors, lifestyle, and consistent use. Any testimonials, before-and-after images, or product claims displayed on the Website represent individual experiences and do not guarantee identical results for every user. We do not warrant or guarantee any specific outcome from the use of our products.

Patch testing recommendation

We strongly recommend that all users perform a patch test before using any new 6Plus1Skin product for the first time. Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area of skin (such as the inner forearm) and wait at least 24 to 48 hours before full application. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, swelling, or any adverse reaction occurs.

Adverse reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to any 6Plus1Skin product, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional. We request that you also report the reaction to us via our contact page so that we may initiate our internal investigation protocol. 6Plus1Skin maintains a formal adverse reaction investigation process to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.

Product claims disclaimer

Product names and descriptions may contain terms such as "brightening," "age-defying," "acne spot solution," "radiant glow," or "collagen intensive." These terms describe the cosmetic function or intended use of the product and are not intended as claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our products are cosmetic in nature and are regulated as such under the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) of Singapore, and where applicable, under the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Not medical advice

Nothing on the Website should be construed as medical or dermatological advice. If you have a pre-existing skin condition, allergy, or are pregnant or nursing, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any skincare product.

We offer a Skin Quiz feature that collects information about your skin type, skin concerns, and skincare preferences to provide personalised product recommendations. This quiz does not require you to upload photographs or images of your skin.

The skin-profile data collected through the Skin Quiz is classified as sensitive personal information under certain jurisdictions. We process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable data protection laws, including the PDPA, GDPR, and CCPA. By completing the Skin Quiz, you consent to the collection and processing of this data for the purpose of providing personalised product recommendations and improving our Services.

You may request deletion of your Skin Quiz data at any time by contacting us.

Payment processing

All payments on 6plus1skin.com are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full credit card or debit card details on our servers. All sensitive payment data is encrypted via SSL/TLS and handled in compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.

By placing an order, you authorise Stripe to charge the applicable amount to your designated payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and current.

Pricing and currency

Product prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) on our Website. For customers in Malaysia, prices may also be displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider and may include additional conversion fees not controlled by 6Plus1Skin.

Order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, orders that exceed reasonable personal-use quantities, or orders placed using disputed payment methods. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

High-risk transactions

If, in our judgment, a purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we may require you to provide a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification and/or a recent bank statement for the payment method used. This information is used solely for fraud-prevention purposes and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Shipping origin

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Singapore. We ship worldwide, subject to applicable import restrictions and customs regulations in the destination country.

Shipping times and costs

Estimated shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and vary depending on the destination country, shipping method selected, and order value. These estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs processing, courier operations, force majeure, or other factors beyond our control do not entitle you to a refund of shipping fees.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

For international orders, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country of destination. 6Plus1Skin has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Any such charges are your responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from 6Plus1Skin pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

Return window

You may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions set out below.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
• The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all labels, seals, and protective wrapping intact.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Cosmetic hygiene policy

Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged unless you can demonstrate a proven manufacturing defect.

This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers. Cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially used are excluded from returns due to hygiene and contamination concerns. This is consistent with international consumer protection standards for cosmetic goods.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or materially different from what was described on the Website, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion, including any applicable shipping costs.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable items

• Products purchased during promotional sales marked as final sale.
• Gift cards or digital vouchers.
• Free samples or promotional items.

We use the following third-party tracking technologies on our Website to analyse traffic, optimise our marketing campaigns, and improve the user experience:

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — for conversion tracking and targeted advertising on Meta platforms.
• TikTok Pixel — for conversion tracking and targeted advertising on TikTok.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — for website analytics, user-behaviour analysis, and audience insights.

6Plus1Skin is committed to protecting your personal data. We process personal data in compliance with:

• The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — applicable to users in the European Economic Area.

Occasionally, information on the Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or offers. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information on the Website except as required by law.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, mobile applications, or other resources. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, or offerings of any third-party resource. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services, or content of any third party. Your use of any third-party resource accessed through a link on our Website is at your own risk.

In addition to other restrictions set forth in this Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Website and Services:

• (a) for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
• (b) to violate any international, federal, provincial, state, or local regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances;
• (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
• (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
• (e) to submit false or misleading information;
• (f) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code;
• (g) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
• (h) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Website and Services;
• (i) to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any products purchased from 6Plus1Skin without our prior written consent.

All present and future intellectual property rights in and relating to the Website, Services, and products — including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, logos, designs, patents, goodwill, and trade secrets — remain solely the property of G Prestiges Resources Pte Ltd or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by 6Plus1Skin or third parties.

The product range names "Skinessence," "HydroSphere," "PurityPlus," "Luminova," "TimeRenew," and "Prumira" are proprietary trademarks of G Prestiges Resources Pte Ltd. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that: (a) the Services will meet your requirements; (b) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable; or (d) any defects in the Services will be corrected.

With respect to our skincare products specifically: we do not warrant that any product will produce any particular result for any individual user. Skincare outcomes are inherently subjective and influenced by numerous factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 6Plus1Skin, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of 6Plus1Skin and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors relating to the Services shall be limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount actually paid by you to 6Plus1Skin during the six (6) month period prior to the event giving rise to such liability; or (b) one hundred Singapore Dollars (SGD 100.00).

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the applicable law of Singapore.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 6Plus1Skin, G Prestiges Resources Pte Ltd, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any liabilities, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) incurred in connection with any third-party claims, actions, or demands arising from or relating to: (a) your use of the Website and Services; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any wilful misconduct on your part.

Governing law

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to this Agreement shall be the courts of Singapore.

International users

If you access the Website from outside Singapore, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the local laws of your jurisdiction. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating any rights enforceable by any person who is not a party to this Agreement under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act of Singapore.

Waiver of jury trial

You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms at any time at our discretion. When we make material changes, we will: (a) revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document; and (b) provide notice through the Website or via email to your registered email address. An updated version of this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Website and Services after the effective date of any revised Agreement constitutes your consent to those changes.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 6Plus1Skin relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorised to access or use the Website and Services.
