Shipping Overview
All 6Plus1Skin orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Malaysia. We ship worldwide, subject to applicable import restrictions and customs regulations in the destination country. 6Plus1Skin products are Singapore-formulated and Malaysia-manufactured skincare products, handled with care to ensure product integrity during transit.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays, Malaysia KL Warehouse.
During peak periods (promotional events, product launches, or holiday seasons), processing times may be extended by an additional one (1) to two (2) business days. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.
You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
