At 6Plus1Skin, we stand behind our Singapore-formulated science. Our goal is to make our customers happy through fair and reasonable resolutions. We handle all inquiries on a case-by-case basis, treating every customer with respect and expecting the same in return.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our support team at support@6plus1skin.com.

Requirement: Include your order number and clear photographic/video evidence of the issue.

Timeframe: Inquiries must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your package.

Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a complimentary replacement or a credit voucher for the value of the item.

Returns: Due to strict sanitary and hygiene regulations regarding skincare, 6Plus1Skin products are non-returnable. We do not accept returns of opened or unopened products for a "change of mind."

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it enters our automated fulfillment system and cannot be cancelled or modified.

If your order is lost or mishandled by the courier:

Contact the courier directly using your tracking information to attempt to locate the package.

If the courier confirms the package is lost or misdelivered, contact support@6plus1skin.com.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement shipment as soon as possible.

As we ship globally from malaysia, please note that NO REFUNDS will be issued for:

Unpaid customs duties, taxes, or local import fees.

Packages refused by the recipient due to customs charges.

Delays or confiscations by local customs authorities.
